The 2023 graduates of our program overcame the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and a devastating earthquake during their studies. Despite these difficulties, they displayed remarkable resilience, adaptability, and determination, excelling in their education. Throughout their time in the program, these graduates embraced new technologies and had the opportunity to keep up with the ever-changing landscape of the design industry. They prepared themselves for their next steps by acquiring the skills to utilize digital tools in their creative process. Showcasing the final step of this journey, the digital catalogue of the 2023 Graduation Exhibition features a variety of projects that highlight the students' development, creativity, and approach to design. Each project provides a platform for students to present their unique perspectives and innovative ideas. The exhibition's title, "Connected," emphasizes not only the connection among visual communication design students but also the interconnectedness between projects from other design departments. The graduation projects included in the catalog encompass the design solutions diligently shaped by students through concentrated studio work, addressing the design problems they have independently identified. They showcase the students' talent and expertise in fields like photography, video, animation, book design, corporate identity, and brand design. On behalf of our Visual Communication Design professors, I congratulate the 2023 graduates and wish them success in their professional studies. We eagerly anticipate their continued achievements as they embark on their professional journey!
