Our Project are is one of the areas where the city crowd and noise is high where is Bornova Bölge Metro. I decided to create a vertical farming area to neutralize this city crowd and noise a little bit and add a natural feel. As the name of my project suggests, I used Green both to connect spaces with different needs and to define vertical agricultural areas. While people are going to the subway by following the bridge in the area, they will actually be passing through the most crowded place of my project, the Bazaar area. I thought this would increase the interaction in the project. Additional to that in my project, on the left side, I positioned the activity area where there is another exit of the metro, together with the living units, which are more customized spaces, and I wanted to keep them separate from the bazaar crowd. Concrete, one of the materials used in the project, will help it blend in with the surrounding buildings, while wood and natural greenery will help support the sense of vertical farming.
