The aim of the project is to serve as a business center instead of the workplaces affected by the earthquake in the Kahramanmaraş region, that is, it can be called a joint work area. This business center emerged after the damage to the covered bazaar, which is one of the important places of Kahramanmaraş. In addition to the aim of people who lost their jobs to hold on to life again, a market is established and events can be held in the open spaces created. In this way, it is a building where people can find the opportunity to socialize while making their financial living again. It aims to increase the level of accessibility thanks to the ramps in the building.
