This project aims to create a harmonious mixed-use space that seamlessly integrates working, living, and public areas while prioritizing the specific needs of the user group. The design concept emerged from a deliberate focus on reducing noise pollution caused by the adjacent highway and subway line. The project embraces both traditional greenhouse methods and innovative hydroponics for urban farming. A dynamic bazaar area serves as a vibrant hub, encompassing workshops, public vertical gardening spaces, storage facilities, a kindergarten, restaurants/cafes, and a library. Vertical gardening masses incorporate offices, laboratories, and control rooms, facilitating research and development. The modular living units, available in three distinct types, offer versatile and functional spaces, including dedicated laboratory units for enhanced innovation.
