Vertical farming and agricultural research center project aims to solve the problem of reaching healthy food in the area and research about new solutions for vertical farming to prevent crop losses because of the viruses and diseases which can transmit into agricultural yields. Plant scientists cultivate crops with vertical farming system on the south facade and both can research and serve the crops to people on the bazaar area which is on the bridge level which was relocated area of Özkanlar bazaar to be more accessible from the metro station and as a connection point of Özkanlar and Bornova.
