Due to its close location to university campuses and workplaces in Bornova, İzmir; aims to become an important center in the field of research and technology for young entrepreneurs, students, researchers and academics in the region. The technopark has data storage, research areas, co-working areas, offices, and education areas. The project tries to meet the needs of residents and visitors by integrating work areas, social areas and living spaces together. The project also has areas where users can have a pleasant time, such as various social areas, e-sports arena, e-sport gaming areas and AR / VR galleries the bridge connection with dense circulation passage more active. Thanks to the shifted masses and stairs at different levels, the resting areas opening to the terraces allow users to interact.
